The gym board is free in MissionStack.

The MissionStack board on an Apple TV mid-workout: Squat and press, Axle strict press, a 1:12 rest clock, then set 2; 185 × 3 at an effort of 8 done; exercise 2 of 4, set 2 of 5.

Read it from the platform.

Your set, the load and the rest clock, big enough to read across the gym. You log on your iPhone or Apple Watch; the board shows it.

The same moment on an iPad: Axle strict press, a 1:12 rest clock, the next set of 185 × 3 ready, then Pendlay row and suitcase carry.

Scan the board's code with your iPhone to pair.

Use the Camera, and your workout is on the board. Same Wi-Fi, no account.

The pairing card on the board: Scan with your iPhone camera, over a QR code, with Remember this iPhone.

Plan the week.

Lay out the week on an iPad or a Mac. Type "front squat 3x5 @7" and the sets, reps and effort fill in. Drag workouts between days, make a superset, repeat a week.

Plan on an iPad: Monday's squat workout in a week of workouts, with Front squat just added from the typed line "front squat 3x5 @7", its 3 sets of 5 at an effort of 7 filled in.

Coming January 1

Next on the big screen.

A week planned on the iPad or Mac, waiting on your iPhone. Meals planned beside the training. Starter programs to build from. For now, a plan stays where you made it.

Stacked.

Finish and the board shows your time, your volume and any record you set.

The board at the end of a workout: Stacked. Squat and press, 58:00, 15 of 15 sets, 21,450 lb, and one record: Comp Squat, 405 × 3.

Better as a stack.

Nothing to sign up for.

No account. The board talks to your iPhone over the same Wi-Fi, encrypted, never through the internet or Mission Built. It saves no workout: it holds the live one in memory only, until the workout clears. A phone you ask it to remember stays until you forget it there.

What leaves your phone, and what doesn't

Plan it. Put it up. Lift it.

On iPad (iPadOS 26), a Mac with Apple silicon (macOS 26) and Apple TV (tvOS 26). The board needs IronStack on your iPhone.

Apple sends the invite through TestFlight, its app for betas. We use the address for that and nothing else.

The gym board is free in MissionStack.

The board needs IronStack, which is for lifters 18 and over. The invite brings IronStack's beta too. Not ready for a beta? Get the App Store link first.
