What this is

A kit for product leaders.

The Loadout is a set of small, focused skills you can drop into your agent. Each one helps you do a specific piece of the work better — review an epic, prep for a customer meeting, scan the news before your day starts.

The book teaches the principles. The Loadout puts them into operation. Open-source, MIT-licensed, and built to be forked.
