Coach mode, line by line.
Line by line, including what they do better. Checked against their own pages, . Pricing coming soon.
Coach mode is inside IronStack. You send the plan, your lifter says yes first, and you see every set against your plan, with each change marked in place.
And on the gym floor, the board puts the live workout on a TV, an iPad or a Mac: the set, the load, the rest clock and records, one lifter at a time today.
