Schedule
The clock a day is built on: first meal, session, last meal, training days.
The times and days a plan is built on. Morning meals chain from the first meal; the block around training pins to the session; nothing lands after the latest meal. Times are local wall-clock times, HH:MM, 24-hour, in the person's home time zone.
